Hoss Hostetler, a Solution Architect with over 15 years of experience in implementing customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, is a customer and business-oriented professional, specializing in strategy, program management, and technology implementation. Hostetler has worked with many different CRM technologies, but his primary focus for the past 10 years has been the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product.
Hostetler believes that a strategic CRM and business systems vision, along with well-implemented projects, can ensure organizational success. He focuses on the business, customer experience, and understanding a business's strategic goals and processes to design a CRM strategy and system that enhances overall processes, leads to new efficiencies, and prepares the company to grow in the future while eliminating the current business pains.
Hostetler's passion for CRM lead him to co-author "Success with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0: Implementing Customer Relationship Management" in 2008. He is currently a Service Engineer in Global Gaming Partnership & Development at Microsoft and has held previous positions such as Dynamics CRM Program Manager within Microsoft Xbox Studios at Design Laboratory Inc., Director of CRM Practice at Altriva Solutions, Senior Solution Architect at Interlink, and Enterprise Architect/CRM Pacwest Practice Manager at EMC Microsoft Practice.
In terms of education, Hostetler studied Project Management at the Project Management Institute and earned a BA with a MIS Concentration from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
