Assist the firm’s Partners with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings and seasonal trade shows.

Ensure Partners/Brokers are prepared for upcoming appointments by gathering materials necessary for each meeting.

Receive and direct visitors and clients. Serve as first point of contact for external contacts.

Communicates with the general staff on the Partners’ behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.

General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and mailing, preparing and modifying documents including invoices, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and, emails.

Manages all assigned projects in the most efficient manner possible in order to ensure client retention, satisfaction and ultimately repeat revenue growth.

Proactively uses effective written and verbal communication to ensure that project teams understand the scope, complexity and expectations, and that the clients are kept fully informed as to the progress, position and financial status of their projects.

Responsibilities
-        Delivery of projects to client’s expectations achieving targeted levels of profitability.

-        Analysis of files using translation memory tools.

-        Compiling estimates and proposals for approval.

-        Assignment of appropriate translation teams, rate negotiation and deadline coordination with translators, typesetters, engineers, in-country client reviewers, etc.

-        Adhering to the LQI sales process and SDL project processes.

-        Close financial monitoring and control of projects through budgets, invoicing and change orders to ensure timely and final invoicing.

-        Strategic project planning involving best methodologies, processes, and risk assessments.

-        Accurate documentation and filing of all project related materials.

-        Identification and development of project/process improvement opportunities and escalating to Program Manager.

-        Hosting regular, documented verbal and written communications with clients, Network Offices and internal team members.

Associate Project Manager

Project manager for all datasheet translations working directly with the Japanese and Chinese translation partners.

-  Generates and maintains status reporting on all translated documents.

-  Coordinates with and trains all technical writers to facilitate each translation workflow after each document is released to <a href="http://ti.com">ti.com</a>.

-  Primary reviewer of formatting within the PDF and ODS versions of each translation during the middle Preview stage of each translation workflow.

-  Coordinated directly with all technical writers to ensure all English documents being released were up to industry and TI standard.

-  Assisted in reducing TI’s translation cost from $0.38/word to $0.03/word by developing automation tools and efficiency initiatives to the translation process.

Subject matter expert and primary contact for publicly available and auto-screened software distribution sold on <a href="http://ti.com">ti.com</a>.

-  Uploaded detailed various files to <a href="http://ti.com">ti.com</a>.

-  Resolved discrepancies or issues that could arise when various package drawings failed to auto-merge to each datasheet.

-  Ensured all software/firmware/GUI files were set-up for either public release or were to be auto-screened through <a href="http://ti.com">ti.com</a>.

-  Published all new and revised enhanced package outline drawings to the literature database site, Yoda, and to <a href="http://ti.com">ti.com</a>.

-  Previous sole packaging specialist for all TI offices.

-  Worked directly with package drawing engineers to ensure all drawings are released through the proper channels.

-  Previous member of the Generic Package View Initiative Group.

Package Drawing Specialist

Responsible for approving TI Design documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity with the document’s formatting and overall content launching to <a href="http://ti.com">ti.com</a>. Works directly with Digital Documentation Writers creating the documents as well as with Source Engineers when going through the approval process.

Literature Database Administrator

Key holder for the store who was responsible for all reconciliation and complete closing of store every evening. Maintained control of storefront while greeting customers, answering the telephone, taking customer’s orders, reviewing the order taken in detail, assisting the owner in various administrative tasks, responsible for training any new front desk/sales associate employees, and checking out completed clients.
