As the Director of Recruitment managing teams of 50 people worldwide, Luis has developed experience working with startups in the LATAM, US, and Canada regions. An expert in recruiting for tech startups, Luis has an extensive background in the field and has funneled his passion for team building and development into organizations such as Continuity Partners, where he currently holds the Head of Recruitment Operations title. He has also served as a Co-Founder at LAAgencia, Senior Technical Recruiter at Upwork, IT Recruiter at Simple [A], Nearsoft, Affiliated Computer Services, and HR Generalist at Accenture.
