Donna Kothari is a highly experienced Director of Medical Records with years of experience serving the healthcare industry. She currently holds the same position at Heartland HealthCare Center. With a vast knowledge of medical record-keeping, Kothari has proven to be an excellent administrator, overseeing and managing the entire medical records department, ensuring that accurate and complete information is retained.

Kothari has a passion for healthcare and is dedicated to improving patient care through accurate data management. She is an expert in implementing and managing medical record-keeping technology and has extensive knowledge of the regulations and policies surrounding medical record-keeping.

Throughout her career, Kothari has achieved numerous milestones, including streamlining the medical records department, implementing electronic medical record systems, and ensuring appropriate access to medical records by medical personnel. An excellent communicator, organizer, and problem solver, she plays a key role in ensuring seamless operations of the medical records department.

In addition to her professional experience, Kothari holds a degree in Health Records Administration and is a certified Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
