Ashutosh Tripathi is a supply chain management professional with a successful track record in the FMCG industry. He has a post-graduate degree in Supply Chain Management from NITIE, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College, Jabalpur.

Mr. Tripathi has held several key positions in Johnson & Johnson India Ltd. during his tenure there. He started as a Demand Manager for the Eastern region before being promoted to National Demand Manager for Modern Trade, where he managed the demand planning process for large-format retailers. He then led the Customer Connect team as a Group Manager, where he was responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experiences across all channels. In his current role, he serves as the Business Lead for APO Implementation for Johnson & Johnson in India.

Throughout his career, Mr. Tripathi has demonstrated expertise in demand planning, customer connect, and business transformation initiatives. He has led cross-functional teams and leveraged technology to optimize processes and drive growth.
