Luis Reyes is a marketing operations and service design professional with over a decade of industry experience. He holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College and has also completed studies in User Experience Design Immersive from General Assembly. His expertise includes visual design, copywriting, prototyping, and content strategy. Reyes is skilled in understanding user problems and pain points, effectively translating insights into desirable solutions that exceed user needs and expectations, and working in team environments to evaluate user motivations. Reyes has worked in various organizations, including MetroMart, Suvie, General Assembly, and Ateneo de Manila University. He has also been self-employed as an adventure architect and was a graduate assistant & program tutor at Emerson College.
