Major responsibilities:Achieve staffing results consistent with strategies and plans:• Call on customers; establish positive customer relationships with current and prospective clients and customers• Represent Company to external audiences and key customers; serve as a key customer contact at multiple levels• Conduct sales activities for current and prospective clients and customers• Cultivate and close prospects in a value-added, continuous relationship environment• Sell products, services and solutions in response to client business needs, focusing on the company’s profit strategies• Serve as a contact for key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and value-added product and service delivery• Maintain and improve relationships to best serve the interest of the company• Coordinate with hiring managers and Company’s recruiting team to define job requirements and present qualified candidates for the interview and selection process• Follow-up with the Human Resource Manager to verify the hiring manager’s satisfaction with Company's contractor, based on metrics defined by the customer• Using relevant metrics monitor and document staffing performance and maintain related historical data; report performance exceptions on a timely basis• Utilize available internal systems to maintain documentation about the client base, and record relevant information about client activities (e.g., Timekeeping System, Vendor Management System, etc.)• Develop business expansion strategies through utilizing company’s Intranet capabilities; i.e., flow charts, organization charts, e-newsletters, etc.
