Godwin Vaz is a professional consultant and leadership expert who has spent the past 20 years developing a holistic methodology for corporate leadership and change. As a partner and senior transformational consultant at Chaordic Global Consulting, Godwin has worked with Fortune 500 corporations, such as McDonald's, McKinsey & Company, FedEx, and ANZ Bank, to name a few. He specializes in empowering leaders to align strategy, leadership, people, and culture to achieve their organizational goals and create high-performing cultures with a lasting impact. Godwin's expertise includes executive coaching and mentoring, cultural change and reform, organizational development, and change management. He also has extensive experience in facilitating executive planning off-sites and delivering the Inner Journey of Leadership Retreats.
Godwin has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UNSW and a Master of Arts in Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from the University of Sydney. His international and cross-sector experience has allowed him to understand the unique challenges leaders face in various transformational platforms and roles. Godwin's approach is awareness-based and targets systemic, relational, and personal factors, resulting in senior leadership development and wide-scale transformational change.
