Chelsea Simpson is a seasoned leadership development consultant, educator, and coach. With over 13 years of experience, she has designed and facilitated experiential programs and events for a range of organizations, from international development nonprofits to top-tier private sector firms. Chelsea's areas of expertise focus on how leaders, organizations, and teams navigate the complexities of the modern work environment, which include genuine inclusion, the impact of climate change, new technology, remote teams, employee retention, mental health, social media, and customer expectations. She is also an activist in the "Diversity & Inclusion" space, providing workplaces with experiential and accessible training programs aimed at overcoming unconscious bias. As an adjunct faculty member at Parsons School of Design at The New School, Chelsea teaches Creative Team Dynamics within the Strategic Design & Management program. She is also a Meta-Coach certified by Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence Certification Course and has been keynote speaker for organizations such as Microsoft and TEDx.
