Management of Production Business (Consumer Direct, Broker Direct and Corespondant Lending) projects utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies.  Acted a a liaison between the Loan Production Business Division, The PennyMac Technology Division and third party technology providers.  Conducted requirements gathering sessions with the business units and facilitated the development of Business Requirements documents/stories. Recruited project resources from the business area, the IT area and any third party technology providers. Developed and managed both Agile and Waterfall projet plans utilizing PennyMac’s Clarizen project management software. Developed project resource plans, communication plans and implementation/release plans. Identified, documented and managed project risks and issues. Conducted daily project stand-up meetings and project status reviews.  Coordinated with Business Technology areas for acceptance criteria and UAT testing.  Managed and resolved any UAT issues/defects.  Managed implementation/release plans and the release process. Conducted post release user verification and acceptance.  Conducted post implementation project reviews.

Production Technology Project Manager

Management of Software Development projects/releases utilizing both Wwaterfall and Agile methodologies supporting the bank's iFulfill, iOriginate, SalesForce and Online Mortgage applicationsDodd/Frank Regulations and Compliance implementations.  Managed the divestiture of Bank of America’s Tax Servicing division to a third party. Partnered with B of A business, B of A technology and the third party vendors to deliver all of the acquired assets, applications, data and infrastructure to the third party.  Successfully managed numerous software development projects on the organizations SalesForce application utilizing Agile Scrum methodology and the bank’s SDLC and Changed Management process. Conducted requirements gathering sessions with the business units and provided requirements documentation/stories. Worked with Risk Partners to develop project risk assessments and manage project risks and issues. Developed, managed and maintained project schedule/plans, key performance metrics, financial plans, resource plans and communication plans. Conducted JAD sessions and managed cross team/department design, development, testing and deployment activities in a matrixed environment. Documented and conducted post deployment reviews. Managed daily scrum and project meetings and communicated  team assignments and action item activities. Documented, communicated and presented tollgate materials at project review board meetings. Developed and presented project status and dashboard reports at portfolio review meetings and LOB status pull up meetings.

Bank of America

Focused on Farmers $75 mil Peachtree Program which was targeted to convert and consolidate commercial auto, workers comp, umbrella, and business overhead protection insurance products from multiple Farmers insurance subsidiaries onto a single “Farmers” business insurance system and paper. Worked with the business units and IT project managers to provide project management advise, direction and guidance. Developed and consolidated project plans, analyzed and reported on project/program status/metrics to include requirements, inter department/project dependencies, design, development, testing and multi “Wave” implementations. Facilitated collaboration and conducted JAD sessions between business and IT managers to elicit proper detailed business and functional requirements and provide guidance to help develop architectural and detailed designs. Reported overall project/program health and status to executive leadership team.  Program ultimately lost funding and was put on hold.

I provided CA Clarity project and portfolio expertise as a Senior Services Consultant for CA Technologies performing implementations, upgrades, customizations and enhancements, delivering solutions based on all modules (Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Manaagement, Financial Management, Demand Management, etc.) within the CA Clarity PPM tool.  I worked on numerous Clarity engagements in all types and sizes organizations an industries including Financial, Entertainment, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals and Government.

Sr. Solutions Consultant - Project/Portfolio Management

I established a Project Office for the Product Development division. Established a Project Management Methodology, Implemented CA Clarity PPM solution, trained management on the methodology and PPM tool.  The Executive Management team at Countrywide Financial then reviewed my methodology and tool and requested that I roll it out as an enterprise solution.  I worked with each division/subsidary in the organization to implement Clarity eventually gathering requirements, designing and implementing Clarity solutions in over 20 different divisions and/or subsidaries.  I managed project managers, a development team and the Clarity Support team.
