FANWAGN enables shareable, sustainable fandom through a marketplace for fans to shop and sell Second Fan Fashion™️. Launched in 2023 as a multi-seller marketplace, enabling the items we love to go from closet to closet rather than closet to secondhand store to landfill.

As the Marketing Lead, I spearhead DTC marketing efforts on social media, email, as well as backend CRM strategy. 

In the future, we aim to grow to own and manage inventory that allows for fulfillment in new and desired ways while always keeping sustainability and reuse of apparel at the forefront of our mission.

Collaborated and project-managed across brand, tickets, digital marketing, and business intelligence departments to ensure data-informed decisions, create cohesive marketing plans, and assess performance to utilize in future ticket and retail campaigns. 

While at the Blazers, I implemented a marketing process to create more synergy between departments that are responsible for season ticket member growth, single-game ticket sales, and ticket packs. Not only did I create the marketing plan for the campaign and manage the project from start to finish, but I was also responsible for writing the copy for all tactics within the campaign, including in-arena ads, broadcast, radio spots, emails, landing pages, paid ad, and more. I also worked closely with digital marketing and the creative department to produce campaign creative that boosted the brand and followed data for higher conversions. 

On the retail side, I worked with the retail team and the creative team on campaigns that boosted limited-run collections and evergreen merch throughout the season. I helped plan and execute timely campaigns that capitalized on key moments throughout the season to boost sales and reach our retail goal in the first year of the retail website.

In my time at RAN, I was able to further important digital campaigns in solidarity with frontline partners and to create increased pressure on our corporate targets. During COVID, the work of the digital department increased tenfold, and we were still able to find creative ways to engage people online no matter where they are on their activist journey. My duties were, but not limited to:

- Managing strategy & and a team of four who created social and email content and toolkits for all digital advocacy and content, as well as in-person actions and events.

I did all product development, marketing, retailing, and analytics for my company for the last 5 years. Now, my products are manufactured by another vegan body care company and I consult on the marketing and sales of the products.

During my time at PETA, I was responsible for all celebrity marketing campaigns, From bands to athletes to movie stars, I worked with the comms team to collaborate on the marketing materials for each campaign and the promo plan. Initially, it was expected we would launch two celebrity campaigns a month, during my tenure, we launched four to five every month.

Led ad concept meetings, wrote ad copy and web content, and created the promotional plan and social media posts for every celebrity ad campaign.
Project managed the design team and A/V team to complete ads & interview videos for PETA US and all International affiliates.
Analyzed every ad performance online to create goals, and adjust strategy, for future celebrity ad campaigns.
Implemented three to five celebrity ad campaigns per month, resulting in 15% increase in site traffic. 
Attended demonstrations to create corporate change, and participated with the field team in Los Angeles to help animals in need.
