Marcos Morgado is a highly accomplished managing director and former partner at Read Invest with over a decade of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and structured finance. With a successful track record of leading complex financial transactions and fundraising initiatives, he has earned a reputation as a skilled strategist and trusted advisor to top-level executives and institutional clients.

Prior to joining Read Invest, Marcos held various senior positions at prominent financial institutions such as XP Investimentos, BTG Pactual, and Brazilian Mortgages, where he honed his expertise in fund structuring, portfolio management, risk assessment, legal analysis, and business development. He also worked as an attorney at Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados, where he gained valuable insights into corporate law and regulatory compliance.

Currently, Marcos serves as Managing Director at Leste Read, a leading independent investment management firm focused on private credit in Latin America. He is responsible for overseeing the firm's operations and driving growth strategies, leveraging his vast industry knowledge and network of relationships. Marcos is a graduate of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and holds a law degree from Universidade de São Paulo (USP).
