Strategic Planning, Financial Planning (FP&A) and Cost Control

Main responsibilities:

- Construction of the financial modeling of the 5-year Plan (5YP) with connection between the three financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow), raising awareness of projections through different scenarios;
- Participation in study to recalculate the depreciation of fixed assets with an adjustment to the useful life, directly impacting the income statement;
