Joshua L. is a multifaceted professional who has an extensive background in design, education, and research. He is an expert in creating delightful user experiences and developing design roadmaps for the future. Joshua is an avid optimist and cancer survivor who loves to explore and travel the world. He possesses a Master's degree in Professional Studies and Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree in Nutrition Science and Communication Studies from Utah State University. Joshua has held several positions, including Senior Agile Design Engineer, Design Strategy at MITRE, Development Program Intern in Service Design and Design Strategy at Capital One, Academic Consultant, and Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University.
Joshua's diverse set of skills includes user research, interaction design, future thinking, design consulting, communication design, data analysis, and design leadership. He has expertise in design strategy, innovation strategy, design research, environment design, service design, social innovation design, and learner experience design.
