Jeffrey currently leads the Digital Compliance Office within Pfizer's Compliance Division.  This team is focused on digital transformation and risk management within the digital space as it relates to the Compliance organization, the Digital organization, and the wider colleague population.Prior to this role, Jeffrey held a business facing compliance role where he served as the Compliance Lead for both Pfizer's Internal Medicine business unit and Global Commercial Operations organization.  Jeffrey also supported an enterprise focused, commercially led risk management committee that managed global risks, such as risks arising from activities such as speaker programs, sample distribution, and incentive compensation. Earlier in his Pfizer career, Jeffrey was a member of the Investigations group within the Compliance Division where he managed investigations relating to, among other things, allegations of inappropriate sales and marketing practices, potential violations of the False Claims act and Anti-Kickback statute, potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, issues related to research misconduct, and issues related to pharmacovigilance in the United States and for certain markets in the Asia Pacific region, including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, and New Zealand.
