Rebecca began her career at Morningside Translations as a sales associate, where she quickly became a top performer, exceeding management's sales expectations by 43% in her first year. She was then promoted to sales manager, where she continued to motivate her team and deepen client relationships, expanding her territory by three times.

Currently, she serves as a Client Leader for IBM, where she drives sustainable client business success by identifying opportunities to bring together the best resources within IBM and the client to advance positive business and societal outcomes. Her work has primarily focused on Bay-area based Construction, Electronics, and Hi-tech industrial sector global clients, and she will soon be moving to Philadelphia to focus on key Industrial Market clients in the region.
