He is currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Evercore, a leading global independent investment banking advisory firm. In this role, he manages a team of financial analysts and bankers who specialize in providing strategic financial advice to a broad range of clients.

Prior to joining Evercore, Michael was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, serving as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions.
