Simon-Klaas Decordier

Simon-Klaas Decordier is an experienced professional who has had a diverse career journey, starting as a sales engineer focused on electrotechnics and transitioning to IT with a specialization in usability design, user support, documentation, training, and GUI design.

He has held various roles such as technical writer, PMO/PSO officer, UX manager, software product analyst, and currently serves as the Global Digital Design Lead at TVH, where he aims to contribute his extensive CX/UX/digital design expertise to support the company's ambitious CX goals.

Simon-Klaas Decordier holds a Master's Degree in German and Russian from VLEKHO Business School Brussel, a Postgraduate degree in Business Communication from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and has studied A.S.O. Modern Languages - Mathematics at Don Boscocollege Zwijnaarde.

Throughout his career, he has worked with reputable organizations such as Euroclear, Belfius, Pàu, BNP Paribas Fortis, Honeywell, Elster EnergyICT, Trasys, and Human Interface Group, showcasing his expertise in UX research, concept design, coaching, marketing coordination, and sales & marketing support.

He actively engages in sparring with management, providing strategic support, and coaching colleagues to foster growth and success.
