Wandercraft co-founder. First realistic walk exo for walking-impaired persons and rehab centers.

Our job is to make people in wheelchairs stand up and walk. We develop the only robotic exoskeleton on this planet capable of walking autonomously, hands-free, self-balanced. 

It is apparently also the first and only bipedal walk robot -not only exo- that has achieved commercial stage. This opens long-term strategic avenues.

I am in charge of our teams in marketing, product management and clinical research. I also contribute in our financing, particularly non-dilutive funding in R&D and industrialization.

The exo is now CE marked and distributed to European Rehab Centers. Designed to enhance walk re-learning for stroke, SCI, neuro patients. Commercial traction and patient returns are amazing.

Developing the Personal version, designed to restore future-ex-wheelchair users mobility. Also to help suppress their comorbidities. Coming on the market in a few years.

Was hired by the Founder and Shareholder of the Tele2 Group to establish and launch Tele2 in France.

We became the French leader in fixed voice telecoms -after the incumbent operator- in 3 years. 

We also launched ADSL access and a strong mobile operation. 

I launched Tele2 France as the first employee, built the team and led all key functions: marketing, products, processes and billing, networks, HR. Most European countries were then copied-pasted from France.

We developed an aggressive marketing with extremely simple tariffs and offers, comparative advertising, very high customer satisfaction, low churn rates. 

Tele2 France became the biggest and most profitable new entrant in fixed, mobile, broadband and 3-play services. We delivered $700 mio revenues with 4 mio customers, more than all other new entrants combined ; and $100+ mio net profit from 2003 to 2005. We won 6 marketing and 4 customer care industry awards.

Founded, led and managed the growth of Tele2 in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, the UK. 

In these countries, Tele2 acquired 15 million customers and became the leading (or # 2 in the case of Spain and Switzerland) alternative  voice telecom operator. We launched ADSL and mobile operations and also a then-leading portal, www.everyday.com. We promoted nearly exactly the same marketing and positioning in all countries and developed a strong, efficient marketing machine.

We achieved a total yearly revenue of $2Bn and delivered healthy profits.

In each country, we built and managed very lean and loyal teams, with a very high level of cooperation between teams and countries.

I built and managed the TIME practice, with more than 30 consultants, assisting our customers facing strategy organisational or M&amp;A issues.
