Kristal Reynolds is a human resource management expert with over a decade of experience. She completed a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Business by research at the Queensland University of Technology. She later pursued an Honours degree in Human Resource Management. Kristal has worked for numerous organizations in various capacities, including Organisational Development Consultant at Silver Chef, Acting Vice President People and Culture at Silver Chef Canada, and Instructional Designer at ELMO Talent Management Software. Her other work experience includes Learning and Teaching Consultant at Queensland University of Technology, Senior Sales Administrator at Ray White Paddington, and Receptionist at Ray White Wellington Point. She has also volunteered as the President and Secretary of the Queensland University of Technology's Human Resource Students Association.
