Richard Chen

Richard Chen is a finance professional turned operations leader with a strong analytical skillset and cross-functional project management experience. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, specializing in finance and accounting with a minor in mathematics.

Richard has held various leadership roles in the fields of distribution, operations, and strategy. He is currently the Head of Operations & Strategy at Tomorrow Farms, where he leads critical decision-making processes to drive company growth. Previously Richard held several positions including Director of Operations Labs, where he oversaw operational strategies for consumer goods company Harry's Inc. He also managed company's distribution, from senior associate to director, and has worked as a consultant for some of the most notable names including Credit Suisse and Millennium Management.

Richard is an analytical and strategic thinker with a wealth of experience in business operations, cross-team collaboration, and project management. He is always open to meeting new people and discuss innovative and exciting projects.
