Michael Tessler

Michael Tessler is a renowned entrepreneur who co-founded and led BroadSoft, the global market leader in Cloud Communications. With almost 2,000 employees, BroadSoft served customers in 80+ countries under Michael's leadership. He focused on the Service Provider partners and their end-customers, making BroadSoft the cloud provider of choice for the largest and most successful service providers globally. This led to BroadSoft's acquisition by Cisco in 2018. He is currently the Managing Partner at True North Advisory and has held advisory roles in several organizations, including ReFirm Labs, Datalogue (acquired by Nike), and BAI Communications. He also previously served as a Board Member at Texas A&M University - Internet2 Technology Evaluation Center (ITEC) and held executive positions at Nortel, Bell Northern Research, and Celcore.
