Cuong To is an experienced technology specialist in Java development, with a background in computer science, research, and software engineering. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from both Tokyo Institute of Technology and the University of Central Florida as well as a Master's degree from the Francophone Institute of Computer Science. In addition to his academic achievements, Cuong has worked for prominent companies such as Asset Control, Topicus Finan BV, and Portavita in the Netherlands as a software developer and engineer. He has also held research assistant positions at the IDIAP Research Institute and Berner Fachhochschule. Cuong is known for his precision and quality in coding, as well as his understanding of testing. He founded VietPhD, an organization that provides resources and services for Vietnamese students pursuing a PhD degree abroad. He currently works as a technology specialist at Sogeti Nederland.
