Duc Le, a research scientist and engineer, has a wealth of experience in machine learning techniques related to speech recognition, speech assessment, and speech emotion recognition. His expertise is in end-to-end ASR and acoustic modeling. Duc has worked as a Staff Research Scientist at Facebook AI and as a software engineer intern at Amazon and Facebook. He has studied Computer Science and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, a Master of Science degree from the University of Michigan, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the same university. Duc has also worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Michigan and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the UT-Dallas Speech and Language Processing Lab. Additionally, he has externed and shadowed at CA Technologies and has been involved in data entry at UT-Dallas.
