Jeffrey D. Yergler, Ph.D. is an accomplished consultant, facilitator, and instructor with over 25 years of experience working with various organizations, including business, healthcare, non-profits, military, and para-military organizations. Dr. Yergler has dedicated his career to supporting the development and professional growth of individuals who wish to bring their best to the workplace and consequently helping organizations maximize the productivity, creativity, innovation, and passion of their workforce.

Dr. Yergler's expertise is in leadership and management training and development, from C-suite executives to front-line managers. He partners with human resource and management executives to create a system-wide employee engagement strategy using Integer's "E6 Unified Engagement Model" and facilitates the "Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Training" for teams in different settings such as military, business, non-profit, and academic. In addition, Dr. Yergler is familiar with the "Everything DiSC" diagnostic tool, which is widely used to better understand leaders, managers, and team members' behavior.

Dr. Yergler holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University, a D.Min in Disestablishment Processes from Columbia Theological Seminary, an M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a BA in Psychology from Westmont College. He has extensive experience in designing leadership and management training curriculum tailored to meet current and future organizational needs based on trends and future culture and scenario planning. Moreover, he has over 15 years of experience providing undergraduate and graduate instruction in both blended and cyber formats.

Dr. Yergler is a professor of Management and Chair of the Undergraduate Management Department at Golden Gate University. Previously, he was the Principal at Integer Leadership Consulting, a Professor of Organizational Leadership and Resource Management at Olympic College, the Head-of-Staff at University Place Presbyterian and Christ Presbyterian, and an Associate at Westminster Presbyterian.
