Neal Wendt is an accomplished business leader who has achieved exceptional results across several industries. With over three years spent as co-founder and COO of the American Epilepsy Institute, Wendt demonstrated his ability to build and operate a successful business from scratch. He also transformed an outpatient healthcare facility by creating a lean program that boosted revenue, lowered costs, and improved patient processing time. Wendt has extensive experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership, having held roles as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Oil & Gas, director of operations at 609 ACOMS USAFCENT, and flight commander 422 CS/SCO at the US Air Force. He is a graduate of the United States Airforce Academy, Gonzaga University, and the University of Texas at Austin.
