Kyle Lee is a highly regarded lawyer with expertise in venture capital, start-ups, international mergers and acquisitions, fintech, and general corporate and commercial transactions. He is Joint Head of the WPGrow: Start-up / Venture Capital Practice, a Partner in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, and a Partner in the FinTech Practice at WongPartnership LLP. Kyle is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and Law Society of Singapore. He was ranked 2nd in his Postgraduate Law Course, graduated from the National University of Singapore as a Final Year Dean's Lister and was awarded the ASEAN Scholarship. Before joining WongPartnership LLP, Kyle worked at Kirkland & Ellis, where he was involved in several corporate transactions such as initial public offerings, acquisitions and sales of private equity portfolio companies, and corporate reorganizations and restructuring transactions.
