Lee Mulberry is a successful entrepreneur, executive, and consultant with extensive experience in business management, leadership development, and corporate strategy. Lee has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Ohio University, as well as an MBA with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management. He has also completed several executive courses and seminars on leadership, emotional intelligence, coaching, and organizational change.

As the current CEO and Managing Partner of Northern Star Consulting, Lee Mulberry helps business leaders and owners grow both personally and professionally by providing tools and strategies to infuse missing systemic elements into their organizations. He believes in equipping key employees with ownership thinking, strategic outlook, and management skills to help their companies become exceptional.

Prior to starting Northern Star Consulting, Lee had extensive executive experience, including serving as Senior Vice President at Leadership Specialist Inc., Vice President of Business Development at Stewart, Cooper & Coon, General Manager at Tecra Tools, and Consulting Principal at IBM Global Services Consulting Group. He has also served on the board of directors for the Carson J Spencer Foundation and was a forum leader for Executive Forums Colorado at Renaissance Executive Forums Colorado.
