- Launched INscribe Digital, an eBook asset management and distribution platform positioned as a diversification strategy and complementary service to INgrooves’ core music platform.  Responsible for developing market entry strategy, business and strategic plan, organizational structure and hiring plan, and annualized operating budget. •	Developed global retail partnership network, and acquired over 100 publishing clients within INscribe’s first year of operation, resulting in a trend toward first-year revenue of $1.3 million, and targeting profitability by the end of the second year of operations.•	Co-led executive team in diligence process and acquisition proposal of industry-leading competitor in the eBooks distribution space.•	Promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President of Business & Product Development within first year of employment, and commencing strategies for continued INscribe build-up as well as acquisition targeting on the INgrooves core music side of the business.

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

- Founded and launched A2M Distribution, a progressive business model that not only leveraged our parent Company’s core competencies of product distribution and category management, but also significantly expanded the Company’s customer reach and revenue base. 								•	Implemented key strategic partnerships to quickly market A2M within the music industry, and create a highly variable cost-based structure, thus minimizing internal SG&A and start-up costs.•	Responsible for sourcing all deal opportunities, drafting and negotiating contracts, creating annual budget and forecast, managing internal and external team members, implementing project plans, and fostering relationships with both new customers and content owners.•	Delivered net sales in excess of $10 million and gross margin of nearly 30% within the first three years of operation, performing 67% ahead of forecast, while utilizing less than 50% of allocated operating capital budget annually.

Founder & President

- Managed twelve (12) professional employees across multiple disciplines.  Responsible for all new release product forecasting, analytical support & tool development, catalog management & re-buying, warehouse inventory management ($100 million+ in inventory), and human resource development. •	Developed, documented, and implemented new organizational roles and structure that combined two existing departments into one.  Responsible for drafting all job descriptions and sourcing all roles to support the new structure.•	Developed and implemented a proprietary, automated Rapid Replenishment system to maximize sales and field in-stocks on an ongoing basis for key new releases and catalog titles for both US and Canadian operations.•	Led cross-functional project teams in the implementation of service programs for two (2) new, significant national customers.  The outcome of these tests resulted in the procurement of both customers, generating incremental annual revenues of over $30 million.•	Managed internal vendor-managed inventory (VMI) program.
