Tassos Kotzanastassis is a seasoned property entrepreneur and founder of 8G Capital Partners Ltd, known for his exceptional private equity real estate experience. He gained his BSc (Hons) in Economic & Accounting from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Land Management from the University of Reading. Kotzanastassis’s expertise in real estate has led him to found several property businesses, including HSBC Group's principal real estate arm for Europe. He is particularly interested in exploring how technology will impact property ownership, use, and trade.

Kotzanastassis has been associated with a range of organizations throughout his career. He is currently the Founder and Managing Director of 8G Capital Partners Ltd. Previously, he co-founded and served as a director of Waypoint Metrics, as well as the Founder and Chairman of Elit Blue, and Founder and Director of 8Gi. Additionally, he co-founded and acted as a partner at Synesis Advisers. Before setting out on his own as an entrepreneur, he was the Founding Director, Principal Real Estate Investments- Europe at HSBC and an Associate Director, European Property at Pramerica. Kotzanastassis also contributed as a Manager, Portfolio Analysis Service at IPD, and a Research Analyst - Property at Henderson Global Investors.
