Melissa Best is a seasoned HR professional with a passion for bridging policy, process, and technology to help organizations manage their total workforce. She holds an MSHRM in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a BA in Organizational Communications from Creighton University. Melissa has an extensive background in operations and education consulting, program and system implementation, process improvement, and change management. She has held several senior-level positions at SAP Fieldglass and SAP, including Global Manager for Customer Engagement and Advocacy, Sr. Education Consultant, and Fellowship at C/4 HANA Service Cloud Machine Learning. Melissa also volunteers as the Global Head for the SAP Business Women's Network. Her focus is on helping organizations handle their changing workforce and attracting high-quality talent by utilizing their brand and treating candidates, employees, and alumni with respect.
