Kassie Martin is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in software sales, start-ups, finance, accounting, HR, and payroll. With over 16 years of experience, Martin has developed a reputation for being a determined and efficient leader, providing guidance to organizations to become more successful. After studying Finance & International Business and Finance/Accounting at University of Arizona, Martin started her career as Portfolio Associate/Internal Managing Director at Harris Bretall Sullivan & Smith. She then moved to sales consultant roles, including TriNet, Paychex, and ServiceMax, before joining Oncue, where she worked her way up the ladder, from Sales Executive to Vice President Operations. In her current role, Martin is leading operations at Oncue, with a focus on process improvement and enhancing employee performance.
