Sean-Tamba Matthew is a shareholder at Stevens & Lee, a corporate transactional lawyer, and an ESOP advisor. He is a Temple University and University of Pennsylvania alum with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Doctor of Law degree. With a focus on ESOP, mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund compliance and formation, and venture financing, Sean-Tamba advises business owners on succession planning with ESOP tools. Additionally, he provides counsel through negotiating ESOP transaction matters and advising ESOP administration issues. Off duty, Sean-Tamba is passionate about advocating for poverty, children's welfare, education reform, and economic empowerment.
