Megan Cody is a highly skilled UX researcher with a strong academic background in psychology and human-computer interaction & design. With extensive experience across multiple research methodologies, Megan strives to understand what drives people towards interaction and what can be done to improve engagement. She is a former UX researcher at Udacity and has also worked as a project director and research associate at Ipsos and RTi Research, respectively. Megan holds a Basic Applied Forensic Science & Crime Analysis certificate from California State University and has completed a Certificate in Crime and Intelligence Analysis from California State University, Fullerton.
