Katie Ricketts is a seasoned Agribusiness Sustainability Scientist with a diverse professional background in applied economics and management, sustainable food practices, program evaluation and policy analysis. Ricketts holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Development Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Ricketts has worked for various organizations, including the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), Sustainable Food Lab, and the City of Fort Collins as an Agribusiness Management Consultant, Senior Evaluator, and Research Economist, respectively. Additionally, Ricketts brought her expertise to NGOs including Oxfam UK and the Southland Farmers Market Association as an Agricultural Development Consultant and Project Manager/Market Organizer.
Katie Ricketts' knowledge and experience have enabled her to become an expert in the fields of sustainable agriculture, supply chain management, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement and sustainable business practices.
