Cyndi Laurin, PhD, is an accomplished business author, professional speaker, and organizational development consultant with over 25 years of experience. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Leadership and Organizations from UC Santa Barbara, an M.S. in Industrial and Technical Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and a B.S. in Industrial Technology, also from Cal Poly.

Cyndi is a Senior Consultant at Execute to Win, where she specializes in employee engagement, performance initiatives, and operational programs. Prior to joining ETW, she founded Guide to Greatness, LLC, where she worked as a Business Author, Professional Speaker, and Problem Solver, consulting companies on their employee engagement and management programs.

Cyndi also previously served as Chief Training Officer at AMP Systems, LLC, an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at Benedictine University, and as a Director of Training and Development at LearnVest, Inc. In addition to that, she worked as an Independent Contractor for Training Administration and Coordination at The Apothecary Shops, and as an Adjunct Faculty Member for the MS in Quality Assurance program at California State University-Dominguez Hills and for the MS in Quality Systems Management at The National Graduate School of Quality Management.

She is an expert in facilitating learning and organizational development, with a passion for people and performance improvement solutions. Cyndi is also a Certified LEGO(R) Serious Play Facilitator, a bestselling author of three books, and a sought-after keynote speaker.
