Steve Keifer has over 20 years of experience leading marketing, business development, and product management functions for SaaS and cloud organizations. He is an expert in electronic commerce, marketplaces, and business networks, specializing in lead generation, branding, SaaS and cloud computing, vertical industry marketing, product strategy, product marketing, product management, content marketing, inbound marketing, inside sales, white-boarding, story-telling, unselling, and Challenger sale.

Keifer studied at Gaithersburg High School and earned a Bachelor's in Engineering at the University of Virginia. He is currently the Vice President of Marketing at ID.me, responsible for developing brand awareness for the company's digital identity product suite as well as generating demand to enable the company's growth strategy. Previously, at LeaseAccelerator, Keifer launched a new marketing team that fueled hyper-growth and pioneered a new category of ERP software. He also served as the VP of Marketing for GXS, a $500M provider of cloud-based supply chain, accounting, and treasury applications.

Keifer wrote extensively about how technology enables digital transformation in the retail, consumer products, healthcare, and financial services industries, and authored several blogs as well as a book on the Information Supply Chain. Earlier in his career, he was the Director of Product Management for Digex, an Application Service Provider and one of the fastest-growing companies in the Washington DC area prior to its multi-billion dollar IPO.
