He has also held several executive positions in notable organizations such as Bolstr Ltd, Right Brain Holdings, LLC, and Koyono Co., where he was also the founder and served as President. Additionally, Jay Yoo formerly served as a Board of Directors member at Cleveland Bridge Builders, where he helped to steer the direction of the organization while mentoring aspiring leaders.

Jay Yoo's interest in technology is well evidenced in his work as a Business Development Manager at MCPc and Oil & Gas Market Specialist at Swagelok. Further, he played a significant role in the founding and success of Motivasians for Cleveland, a nonprofit aimed at creating a vibrant, dynamic, and inclusive community in Cleveland.
