Schedule and manage any location closures•	Complete asset distribution•	Turn over space and keys to Owner/Property Manager•	Schedule truck and labor as needed•	Determine where to store excess FF&E•	Manage the sale of any excess FF&E•	Communicate date of utility shut off•	Ensure water cooler has been picked up and communicate date to ensure service has been discontinued•	Communicate date of store closure to distribution list•	Return any computer equipment to Glenview•	Return Credit Card terminal •	Return check cashing to finance department•	Water cooler return•	Other location specific items as directed  Schedule and manage any relocations/new locations with the Retail Manager	Coordinate with General Contractor date of Certificate of Occupancy	Schedule truck and labor as needed	Communicate date for utilities to start at new location and stop at old location	Install poster frames	Install any lab cabinets and counter tops as requested	Close out prior location/turn over keys to Owner/Property Manager	Take pictures of interior and exterior of space 	Schedule exterior sign move to new space	Update asset list	Connect all computers and hearing instruments in new location	Other location specific items as directed
