Ingrid CPsychol is an award-winning Chartered Psychologist, experienced coach, and a strong advocate for inclusive culture and practices. With over 20 years of experience, she excels in leadership, management, and culture change programs for public, private, and international organizations.

Ingrid brings expertise in applying psychological principles to drive outstanding results and is committed to evidence-based practices. She holds qualifications in business analysis and project management (PRINCE 2) and has a proven track record in leading transformational initiatives.

Beyond her professional roles, Ingrid is actively involved in promoting equal opportunities and advocating for underrepresented individuals. She has served as a Governor at Halifax High and contributed to policies aimed at advancing minority interests. In addition, she has initiated well-being programs like SHAPE Staying Well Together to support military personnel and their families during Covid-19.
