Built Retirement Plan Advisory Practice from ground up as part of a two person team. Spearheaded sales, marketing and education efforts. Averaged adding over 100k in recurring revenue each year. Over 70 corporate clients secured within an eight year period. Prepared customized presentation materials for prospective clients including investment analytics to compare and contrast existing mutual fund configurations versus recommended alternatives. Corresponded and collaborated with other Pensionmark offices nationally to determine best practices for deployment with clients. Developed a variety of marketing pieces to highlight regulatory changes and how our advisory services would ensure that clients were in compliance with those requirements. Interfaced on a weekly basis with variety of vendor solutions to ascertain best of breed products to present to both prospective and existing clients.
