Serving as a Senior Programme Manager, he has worked with a diverse range of complex and fast-moving dynamic environments throughout his career. Abhai's proven track record in delivering business and technical projects and programmes to scope, time, and cost makes him a valuable asset in any business venture. He has managed multi-million-dollar budgets and multi-disciplined teams of 100+ people, consisting of onshore / offshore developers, team leaders, technical architects, business analysts, test analysts, and third party vendors.

Abhai Bhargava has experience specifically in the Financial services sector working for clients like Bank of America, UBS, Standard Life, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Franklin Templeton, and Providian Financial. Additionally, he has exposure to Energy (Shell), Aviation (client - Lufthansa/Condor), and Telecom (clients – BT and Ericsson) sectors. Throughout his experience, he has led the implementation of Mobile Application development projects, Basel II guidelines, and Global Delivery Model.

His focus areas include Digitalisation, Agile methodology in complex environments, SAFe Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), Marketing/CRM/Privacy, Loyalty/Payment, Project/Programme Management, Delivery Management, Global Delivery, Third party vendor management in a multi-vendor environment and other third party suppliers, Mobile Apps, and websites.
