Mr. McNally's expertise derives from his extensive career as a restaurant professional where he began working in fine dining establishments in Los Angeles and Aspen, performing each key position in the business to hone his culinary abilities. His impressive portfolio includes developing, financing, and operating five independent restaurants in San Francisco and Los Angeles, running them efficiently for 15 years. He then made the pivot to work with Grill Concepts Inc, a publicly traded national restaurant company where he improved restaurant performance.
