Serdar Soganci is a highly experienced game development professional with a Bachelor's degree in software engineering. He is currently the EVP Production at Seriously Digital Entertainment, where he leads and manages the game production process from conceptualization to final delivery. Throughout his career, Serdar has focused on casual mobile and web games, and he was one of the early adopters of the free-to-play model. He is a Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner with expertise in team management, game production, project management, process development, recruitment, and organizing development teams. He is fluent in Unity and C#, and he has also worked with Flash AS3, Java, C, and C++.
