She was the Vice President of People & Culture based in Kansas, USA (part of Dixons Carphone Group) at Sprint Connect, LLC. Caroline has also worked with Dixons Carphone as the Cultural Integration Director and Carphone Warehouse as the UK & Ireland HR Director, Head of HR Retail, and the Senior HR Manager.
