Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Titu Maiorescu University and complementing her studies with an Erasmus Scholarship in Psychology from Universidad de La Laguna, Anda has a deep-rooted understanding of user behavior and how it influences online conversion rates. Her passion for technology motivated her to pursue studies in Mathematics and Computer Science at National College Dinicu Golescu, allowing her to excel in IT and e-commerce. Anda also holds a degree in Organizational Management from the University of Economic Studies, Bucharest, enabling her to manage a business and handle complex enterprise accounts.

Before joining Conversion.com, Anda worked with LeanConvert as a Conversion Optimisation Consultant, ensuring that lean principles were applied to UX design and providing clients with data-backed insights to improve their conversion rates. She also worked with Star Storage as a Solution Sales Consultant, HR Specialist, and Support Renewals Specialist. Besides her professional endeavors, Anda is the owner of Bebe Ghi Organic, an organic products business.
