Quantumfig is a software business originating from the Kensta Group, a 5 decade old business with interests in the East African Print and IT hardware industries.  Our goal is to build products that simplify the way enterprises operate. As a user experience designer at Quantum, my role consisted of:- Performed end to end design work from observational research, wire-framing to high fidelity    prototyping to the required level in  Invision, Figma and other tools- Carried out extensive field user research to iterate on an existing e-commerce application as well as desktop research and analysis of existing and emerging markets that are focused on advanced analytics and artificial intelligence

1 Billion Startups is a CSR initiative run by Glasshouse PR to promote the growingentrepreneurial ecosystem within our continent. Our aim is to help accelerate the growth of startups by aiding in the creation of early stage sales pipelines and make local entrepreneurs readyfor an investment opportunity,As the lead coordinator over the project, my contributions included:- Crafting the official business strategy and revenue model for the project and led the project up to post-launch - Leading and facilitating over 40 ideation workshops with entrepreneurs and adopting a peer mentorship model to leverage an already existing knowledge and contextual base within the community.- Working one on one with a forum of over 200 entrepreneurs to help identify their business objectives, goals, and adoption strategies
