Quentin is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in human resources management, personnel administration, and development. He is the co-founder and CEO of Andjaro, a real-time workforce optimization platform that helps organizations map, reallocate, and load balance their workforce for maximum efficiency. With over 120,000 staff transfers each year, Andjaro has already generated €15 million in savings for clients on their temporary and fixed-term contracts budgets. Quentin studied at CIFFOP, Heriot-Watt University, IUT A Lille 1, Lycee Angellier, and Université Paris Dauphine. Before founding Andjaro, he worked for top-tier organizations including Edenred, Moet Hennessy Estates & Wines Asia-Pacific, LVMH, Credit Agricole, and Leroy Merlin.
