Olena Horovenko is an experienced technical recruiter with skills in both local and international recruitment. She has a vast experience working in multicultural environments and networking within the tech industry. Her recruitment skills include full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating candidates as well as managing the overall recruiting and hiring process. Olena is proficient in different sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Xing, StackoverFlow, GitHub, Meetup, Dou, data scraping, pitch message writing, data management, and CRM upkeep.

Olena holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wisconsin International University (USA) Ukraine and studied business as a scholarship student at UW-Marinette for a year. She also has a certificate in IT Talent Sourcing from the Ukrainian Sourcing School and another certificate in IT Recruitment from Universe IT. Olena is currently a technical recruiter at People.ai, where she recruits both locally and abroad.
