Aradhana Goel is an accomplished design executive and product strategist with a passion for innovation and lifelong learning. With over 13 years of experience in the design agency world, building teams and delivering award-winning products and services, Aradhana has emerged as a leader in the healthcare industry, leading Product Research, Design, and Behavior Science for the Integrated Care team at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Her team develops digital applications across multiple health conditions, combining clinical, behavioral, and data sciences to create experiences that help people achieve positive health outcomes.

Her vast experience includes leadership positions at Sunrun, Capital One, IDEO, and MAYA Design, spanning the financial and energy sectors. Of note is her work leading the Capital One Banking team in defining and scaling their new service model, Capital One Cafes, designed to be neighborhood financial learning centers.
